The Conour Law Firm has a long history of service to Indiana and Kentucky in construction accident and other personal injury cases. Since our establishment in 1974, we have been acknowledged as leaders. We have developed and shared trusted knowledge on these topics. We have been recognized for our success.

Acknowledged Leaders

Our lead attorney, Bill Conour, has held important leadership roles in a variety of important legal organizations, including the Trial Lawyers for Public Justice, the Indianapolis Bar Foundation, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and the Construction Site Litigation Group. He has been recognized as a SuperLawyer in Indiana, and in Best Lawyers in America, a highly regarded peer-review publication that highlights successful attorneys in their fields.

We have earned these leadership roles by demonstrating our passion to what we do, by showing people like you that we are serious about achieving positive results.

Trusted Knowledge

By focusing exclusively on personal injury cases, such as those involving construction accidents, we have developed an in-depth knowledge of these subjects.

Our lead attorney, Bill Conour, truly understands the issues we deal with on a day-to-day basis. He has taken the training to become an authorized representative of OSHA. He is qualified to teach both the 10-hour and the 30-hour construction safety and health programs.

Attorney Conour shared his knowledge for nearly 15 years as a columnist for Res Gestae, the official magazine of the Indiana Bar Association. He has also authored articles published in Indiana Lawyer.

Attorney Conour is also highly demanded as a teacher and lecturer for the American Association for Justice, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the National Business Institute, Indiana University and other private organizations.

In addition to benefiting our peers and our clients, attorney Conour's knowledge has been put to use testifying in front of the United States Congress about work-related construction injury and death issues.

Every day, we put our trusted knowledge to work as we strive to achieve positive outcomes for people like you.

Recognized for Our Success

We have been recognized for our achievements in many ways. Our lead attorney, Bill Conour, has been board certified as a civil trial lawyer from the National Board of Trial Advocacy. This is a title that is granted to a small number of attorneys based on knowledge, dedication and experience.

We have also received recognition from the Indianapolis Star and other media sources, as well as from our peers in the legal community, for our ability to pursue positive results in personal injury cases, including those that involve construction accidents.
